Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms.
• I retain full rights to the artwork and may use it for self-promotion and in my portfolio.
• When sharing the work, I will not misrepresent the original piece or the client’s intent.
• The commission can take up to a month (or more if stated otherwise), so please do NOT rush me unless this is a rush order. Thanks!
General Terms
• I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
• You may not edit, trace, use for NFTs, or input my artwork into AI systems.
• You may not claim my artwork as your own.
Payments
• Payment is accepted via PayPal invoices.
• A rough sketch will be provided for review before payment. Once you confirm approval, full payment is required before I proceed further.
Turn around Time
• Commissions are typically completed within 1 month, depending on complexity, and will not exceed one month unless stated otherwise.
• I will provide updates at each stage and will not proceed until any concerns have been addressed.
• Extensive or complex revisions may incur an additional fee.
Cancel & Refund Policy
• You may cancel the commission during the sketch phase, provided no payment has been made.
• Once payment has been completed, refunds are not available.
